The past three months have culminated in the orders of two relatively large call centers. The contracts were secured, the systems as of today are both build, and one is up and operational. These are 70+ workstation call centers, one of which is tied into a custom built CRM running on a .net platform. There have also been numerous installations of smaller onsite PBX's, Digium appliances, as well as hosted PBX. Hosted PBX now comes with a fully integrated web-based user interface.
